This was brought to me by Chris. It was something him and his dad used to make on camping trips and I have to say, it is A LOT better than the Spam burgers we had on mine as a child! It actually tastes really good. Add some seasoning and it is perfect. The liver looses a lot of the salty taste and almost tastes like a very game-y venison.
